Kindly check the below while placing an order
• When ordering more than one item, orders cannot be split, orders must be fully delivered or returned with courier.
• In case an item did not fit, please refer back to us via Facebook or Instagram DMs to request a refund or exchange.
• Orders can be checked upon delivery, in cases of return -during delivery- no return fees must be paid
• Any returns or exchanges must be requested no later than 14 days upon delivery, in such case fees of 100 EGP to be paid
• Please note that Lillie's team has no contact whatsoever with couriers, shipping company will be calling / sending SMS/WhatsApp messages to coordinate delivery
• Shipments can be rescheduled up to 3 times after which shipment will return back to inventory and a new order must be placed
